No Abrasive Brushes
The Wash Tech uses spinning nozzles rather than abrasive brushes. Over time brushes will gain a certain amount of debris and have to be sanitized and eventually replaced.
Begin Cycle
Produce enters the wash area by means of a hygienically friendly polypropylene modular belt.
Washes all sides
The produce then goes through twenty-four overhead spinning nozzles that rain down from the top. Twenty additional spinning nozzles stationed underneath clean the bottom side of the produce while six directional nozzles clean the sides.
Fresh Water Rinse
After the produce leaves the wash area it enters the fresh water rinse cycle. An overhead high-volume rain bar flushes away any remaining soil.

Sorting Conveyors
Move your produce down the line with our Boxing / Sorting Conveyors. Optional tables with legs for holding boxes for your packers. Tables fold up out of the way when not in use.
Return Conveyors
Box Return Conveyors make easy work of moving the packed produce boxes away to your storage area or loading dock.
Boxing Tables
Tables mounted along the Sorting / Boxing Conveyor hold boxes for packing. Tables fold up out of the way when not in use.
